Returns/ Exchanges & Refund Policies All Joolrykart products are handcrafted by expert karigars and undergo rigorous quality checks before being dispatched. As each product is unique ~ it may vary slightly from the pictures. To minimise damage we use specially designed packaging that protects your order from pressure and impact. Exchanges will only be accepted if the Order was damaged in transit. (We will need unboxing video and images of the damaged product) Order was Incorrect. i.e You must have received the wrong product from our end. If the above exists then you may return the order exactly as you received it, with original packaging. It should be unworn. Once we receive the product back, we will perform a quality check, and if it passes the said check we will replace the same product with a new one. NOTIFY If you wish to make a return or exchange you need to notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product with unpacking video and images on our email: joolrykart@gmail.com OR WhatsApp: +91 9769214746 APPROVAL Once we receive the request, it is the discretion of our QC Team whether the product is approved for return. DISPATCH Once we receive the damaged/incorrect product, we will dispatch the fresh/correct product.
