Defective or Damaged Merchandise
While we thoroughly inspect all products for manufacturing defects, defects may occasionally go unnoticed. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please WhatsApp or email us immediately at joolrykart@gmail.com with an unpacking video and photo of the piece, and we will arrange a replacement.
To minimize transit damage, we use specially designed packaging that protects your order from pressure and impact.
